  1. Watch Safe Sanctuaries Video
  2. After watching the video, contact the Church office (office@fumc-milton.org)
  3. The Church will email out:
    1. BACKGROUND CHECK AUTHORIZATION 
    2. SAFE SANCTUARIES PARTICIPATION COVENANT 
  2. Complete both forms
      1. Drop your documents at Church Office [6819 Berryhill Road] 
      2. Leave your payment of $10.00 to cover expense of your Background Check
  3. Application Processed
  4. Results Emailed
  5. Renew in two years
